2. Boring (Mostly) with no money. Unless you make it to the top 20%. In which case it's boring (Mostly) with great money. If you don't mind getting beat up, shot at and abused. ;)

4. Loss prevention can be a good career for the right person. You do not have to be a guard standing at the door to get involved in retail security.
