Is there any criteria to get a security jobs in melbourne?

I am in melbourne on work visa subclass 496. Is there any criteria to get a security jobs in melbourne (i.e. one should have lived in melbourne for atleast one year)?

2. you need a security licence therefore you need to do a security course.
3. You must have a current security plastic licence. You must have training in and be licensed for the type of security work you will be doing. You must be able to get a suitability reference from a non-relative who has known you in Australia for at least 12 months. 4. Also you should not have any criminal convictions. You have to get a special ticket.
5. You first have to have a Police check, which you have to pay for, then take a security course with one of the providers, then hope you can find a company to take you.
