1. You mean security for the airport itself, passenger screening, policing within the airport? Peel police do the crime fighting, Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) handles passenger screening and GTAA handles their own security through contracts with numerous companies. Contact any of those if you want to seek employment.
