How Do You Get Security Jobs On Cruise Ships?

Hi, Im looking for someone who might know alitlle about getting a security job on a cruise ship or someone who is already one. I am a police officer on a sabatical who is currenly looking for such work. I have applied for a few jobs on various cruise ships but security is really what im after. Any help would be great!
