What are Homeland Security Border and immigration jobs?

I know that Homeland Security uses advanced computers and high res cameras to monitor hundreds of miles on the border but how do i find those jobs? I believe that i do have the qualificatins needed to operate maintain and fix any of the computer systems, software or cameras they have.
