Should Private Security companies like Blackwater be allowed on career day?

If the US Army, USMC, USAF, ...etc be allowed, then why do we not see MERC companies like Blackwater?

1. Perhaps they have enough interest already that they do not need to hire at career days.
2. I don't think so. I have always felt since the government doesn't provide funding for public schools anymore, no government entity should be recruiting there. It's like letting a religious organization recruit in Washington.
3. BW hires former military with a clean record, honorable discharge and the ability to obtain a secret security clearance. It would be a waste of everyone's time for them to be at a high school or college recruiting. BW does recruit though - as evident by their website's posted available jobs.
